Vitamin C is a potent antioxidant that can be used topically to treat and prevent changes in the skin associated with aging. It can also be used for the treatment of hyperpigmentation and sun damage. Because it is unstable and difficult to deliver into the dermis in the optimum dosage, it is SO important to make sure your vitamin C is medical grade. Formulation is KEY and what is unique. It requires the perfect formulation to ensure that you are really reaping all of the benefits of your vitamin C. It needs to be formulated for maximum penetration. It is due to the water/oil emulsion getting a Vitamin C formula right takes a lot of research and trial and error. The companies that make medical grade Vit C products have the budgets and labs and doctors to do that work! I am very particular about Vitamin C and it took months of personal use to hand select this very one that I love – our Radiant Vitamin C Serum!
As I mentioned before, formulation is key and is exactly what sets our Radiant Vitamin C apart from others. Our Radiant Vitamin C is oil-based, making it very stable and helps ensure maximum penetration. L-Ascorbic acid is at 21% which means it’s a high dosed, stable antioxidant. Certain molecules love water, and certain molecules love oil. L-ascorbic is water loving and our body is naturally oily, therefore this specific formulation in an oil emulsion with 1% salicyclic acid will penetrate best. The Radiant Vitamin C Serum is non-acidic, making it more stable and prevents it from acting like an acid on the skin, thus preventing irritation. This makes it great for ALL skin types! Due to the it’s unique formulation Radiant Vitamin C is truly an amazing product!
When mapping out your AM skincare routine the focus for your line up of morning products should be to protect your skin! I’d recommend an antioxidant based formula, followed by an SPF at the bare minimum! Antioxidants fight off something called free radicals. Free radicals are caused by environmental damage such as pollution, smoking, diet, and sun exposure.
Imagine free radicals as little tiny villains that run rampant throughout the body and antioxidants as the superheroes which come and neutralize them. An overload of free radicals is not good and leads to inflammation in the body which is the main cause for imbalances. Imbalances that may result in unhappy skin! Antioxidants fight off free radicals that damage the skin and can even cause skin cancer.
Nutritious foods like fruits and vegetables are high in antioxidants, and other foods including coffee and chocolate! Yup, it’s true! So while we can eat our antioxidants, applying them directly to our skin is also hugely beneficial.
One of the most common antioxidants used in skincare is Vitamin C. There are thousands of products out there that have Vitamin C or ascorbic acid in them but if they are filled with other preservatives or not able to penetrate the skin then you might be wasting your money. I have searched high and low for the latest and greatest when it comes to Vitamin C Serums. Finally I’ve found one that I am obsessed with!
Radiant Vitamin C
Radiant Vitamin C is a high potency antioxidant formula. It combines Vitamin C with Vitamin E and Ferulic Acid to brighten the skin, smooth texture and protect against the effects of photo-aging (sun caused again). The antioxidants enhance retinoid effects and protect the skin from oxidation and elemental damage. This Vitamin C stimulates new collagen growth and fortifies the skin’s dermis which is the second layer. We know if the dermis is being affected that the serum is penetrating down through our pores and providing additional benefits to the next layer. This is a sign of good, potent products!
Radiant Vitamin C + SPF
While antioxidants ARE a natural protector from UVA/UVB rays we still want to apply an SPF. My favorite to use is the RFA Prime & Protect SPF! SPF is not just for sunny pool days and in a perfect world we should be applying it to our faces twice daily! You’d be surprised how much sun damage is acquired over a lifespan from driving in the car alone.
AM and PM Skincare How to use Glow C
Radiant Vitamin C Serum can be used daily in your morning routine, along with an SPF! Apply these 2 together before your makeup goes on. Remember, our AM routine is made to protect!
AM
1. Cleanse
2. Radiant Vitamin C Serum
3. Moisturizer with SPF
4. Youthful Eye Cream
Our PM routine is geared to CORRECT the skin. At night we want to use an acid like retinol or retin-a, kojic or lytic acid (Koji-C Pads or Lux Pads). Acids increase our skin cell turnover by sloughing off dead skin cells which then tells our body to create new cells. This leaves the skin looking more youthful and fresh. Acids also kill off acne causing bacteria, eliminates fine lines and wrinkles, shrinks pores, and brightens and tightens the skin. Lastly, we want to use a moisturizer to lock moisture into the skin. It is important to keep our skin hydrated as well as counteract the drying effects of using acids.
I always recommend medical grade products like the Koji-C Pads and Lux Pads. Medical grade will always contain the most potent active ingredients. These products yield much more effective results at a MUCH faster pace compared to drug store products. Drug store products contain a lot of “fillers.” In short, you get what you pay for.
PM
1. Cleanse
2. Alternate nightly with retinol or Koji-C and Radiant Vitamin C Serum
3. Moisturizer
4. Youthful Eye Cream
*Use Lux Pads once per week with no additional moisturizer ( read more about my FAV medical grade TCA wipe)
If you don’t have an antioxidant rich serum in your skin care routine you might be missing out on how bright, glowing and fresh your skin could look! Radiant Vitamin C has become a staple for me, I know if you try it you’ll love it too!

Vitamin C is an essential nutrient for the human body, and it plays a crucial role in maintaining overall health. Ephuroalabs, a company that specializes in creating high-quality supplements, has developed a Vitamin C product that is designed to provide the body with optimal levels of this essential nutrient.

The quality is excellent and the price is reasonable. I would highly recommend these gummies to anyone looking to supplement their vitamin C intake.
