The RA Way is founded by board certified and national trainer, Racquel Frisella. Racquel Frisella, MSN, RN, AGPCNP-BC is the founder of Racquel Aesthetics. She is a board certified Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of experience in the Aesthetics industry. Racquel’s ever evolving knowledge of the latest beauty innovations combined with her personable demeanor and eagerness to help others reach their beauty goals make her the go-to girl for patients all over the country. Racquel has always had a passion for aesthetics and all things beauty. Her love for the art of aesthetic medicine is evident in her work. Racquel’s facial rejuvenation artistry is achieved with the use of dermal fillers, botox, dysport, lasers, and skincare. She has proven expertise in giving patients the “natural look.” Having previously worked as a neonatal nurse, Racquel has delicate injection technique. Racquel’s facial rejuvenation artistry is customized to each individual patient’s needs. She is dedicated to developing long-term relationships with her patients and she works very hard to ensure that each and every patient’s goals are understood and achieved.
Over the years, Racquel has trained hundreds of fellow nurse injectors from all across the country. Teaching is a deep passion of Racquel’s and she loves to constantly learn. Racquel believes you should never stop learning and to always be a student of your profession. Racquel will be your biggest cheerleader and mentor!

Shadowing Opportunities
Our shadowing program is the perfect way to get a real glimpse of what a day in the life of a busy medical spa looks like! Come spend a day one-on-one with our providers and see firsthand how they manage a full day of injectables like botox, filler, and sculptra. We also have shadowing opportunities available for laser and facial esthetic providers. Our shadowing opportunities support learning and builds confidence while observing and assessing a career in the aesthetics field. You can learn so much by observing the assessment and consultation practices, approaches to formulation and client treatments, injection techniques, exceptional bedside manner, & more!
*Shadowing opportunities are available for students as well as licensed providers
Private Hands On Opportunities
The RA Way offers a variety of private or small group injectable training opportunities that are designed to help licensed medical professionals throughout their injectable journey. Each experience is cultivated with the intent of elevating your injectable game no matter where you are on your aesthetics journey. These courses offer both hands-on and observation opportunities ranging from beginner, intermediate and advanced injection skills. Our customized, hands-on training includes everything from the basics of aesthetics, ultrasound education, to business of aesthetics, advanced injection practices, as well as excellent patient care and retention. We will customize your training according to your needs and goals. We will highlight patient assessment, anatomy, and treatment techniques. The RA Way is committed to offering comprehensive, non-intimidating, approachable training that will enhance your confidence as an injector.
