I’m excited to welcome all the new faces here, and I thought it was the perfect time to properly reintroduce myself! First and foremost, I want to thank each and every one of you for your love and support—it truly means the world to me. My hope is that through my career and life in aesthetics, wellness, motherhood, and lifestyle, I can inspire you in some way, whether it’s through education, motivation, or simply sharing a bit of joy and positivity with you each week.

I’m a Board-Certified Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner, the founder of Racquel Aesthetics and CEO of RFA Medical Grade Skincare, and a national trainer and educator for Allergan, Galderma, and my own private academy, The RA Way. With over 16 years of experience in the aesthetic industry, my mission has always been to help people feel confident in their own skin. This passion has been the driving force behind everything I do, and I am beyond grateful to have turned it into a career that not only fulfills me but also allows me to empower others with beauty and confidence.

At the core of my philosophy is the belief in the “look good, feel good” mentality. When we feel our best, we’re able to show up as the best version of ourselves in every facet of our lives. I absolutely love helping others tap into that sense of beauty and confidence, and I’m honored to share this journey with you all. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing the positive impact that aesthetic treatments and medical-grade skincare can have on someone’s self-esteem and overall well-being.

My personal journey with melasma sparked a deep passion and a mission to help other women feel empowered and confident in their own skin. My experience became my greatest teacher, enhancing my empathy for patients who walked through my door grappling with their insecurities. I firmly believe that skincare is not just a daily chore; it’s a lifestyle. In our fast-paced world, many of us don’t have the time to visit a professional regularly, which is why I created RFA. I wanted to offer a solution that empowers busy women, mothers, and professionals to access effective, medical-grade skincare guidance—right from the comfort of their own home. When you choose RFA, you’re investing in more than just a product; you’re investing in yourself and self-love! 

Utmost Priority

While my professional life is incredibly fulfilling, my family will always be my utmost priority. My marriage to Sal is the foundation of everything—our home, our lifestyle, and our beautiful children. He is my rock, my best friend, and the partner I’m so grateful to navigate life with. We make time to celebrate our relationship and ensure that our bond remains strong, and I couldn’t imagine going through this journey with anyone else.

Becoming a mother has truly transformed my perspective on life. I see the world through a different lens now. It has undoubtedly changed me as a person, for the better. My children are my everything, and I’m dedicated to being the best role model I can be—supporting them, nurturing them, and ensuring they always know they have my unwavering love and presence.
