Let’s go back to nursing school for a quick second. I vividly remember when I was in nursing clinicals always chasing after my preceptors, who seemed less than thrilled about having yet, another student. I wanted to soak up as much as I could learn from them that day. I think many nurses can relate to similar experiences. I made a promise to myself when I was in nursing school, that when I was in the position to take students on, one day, I would and I would give them the amazing experience of learning. I knew from an early stage in my career that I wanted to give back to our industry and do it with passion and a smile on my face!
Fast forward 15 years into my speciality of Aesthetics, I have the privilege of being able to empower injectors with confidence, knowledge and training that will lead them into a successful and fruitful career. From shadowing and training in my everyday practice, private trainings or at national conferences, I educate day in and day out! There is nothing more important than always being a student of your profession, whether you desire to dive into aesthetics one day, just starting out or have been in the profession for years, you must always have a constant commitment to learning and investing in yourself and career. I love that I have the opportunity to not only always be teaching but learning as well!

Shadowing Opportunities At Racquel Aesthetics
Our shadowing program is the perfect way to get a real glimpse of what a day in the life of a busy medical spa looks like! Come spend a day one-on-one with myself or one of our amazing providers and see firsthand how they manage a full day of injectables like botox, filler, and sculptra. We also have shadowing opportunities available for laser and facial esthetic providers. Our shadowing opportunities support learning and build confidence while observing and assessing a career in the aesthetics field. You can learn so much by observing assessment and consultation practices, approaches to formulation and client treatments, injection techniques, exceptional bedside manners, and more! Shadowing opportunities are available for students as well as licensed providers. This is a great place to start if you are an aspiring provider, beginner or student, or even great for business owners looking for ways to improve their practice efficiency.

We are proud to offer a variety of customized training opportunities through our training academy, The RA Way. Myself and my team of highly skilled injectors and estheticians are committed to sharing our knowledge and expertise with those who share the same passion. No matter the stage of your career in medical aesthetics, The RA Way is your path to being the best provider you can possibly be. Our providers at Racquel Aesthetics each have 10+ years of clinical experience. We are committed to lifelong learning and remain up to date by attending various trainings and industry conferences each year. Private Hands On Opportunities
The RA Way offers a variety of private or small group injectable training opportunities that are designed to help licensed medical professionals throughout their injectable journey. Each experience is cultivated with the intent of elevating your injectable game no matter where you are on your aesthetics journey. These courses offer both hands-on and observation opportunities ranging from beginner, intermediate and advanced injection skills. Our customized, hands-on training includes everything from the basics of aesthetics, ultrasound education, to business of aesthetics, advanced injection practices, as well as excellent patient care and retention. We will customize your training according to your needs and goals. We will highlight patient assessment, anatomy, and treatment techniques. The RA Way is committed to offering comprehensive, non-intimidating, approachable training that will enhance your confidence as an injector. All attendees must have an active MO medical license in order to attend. However, we do offer the option to travel to your location.
