Today I am welcoming back my amazing sister and one of our board-certified nurse injectors at Racquel Aesthetics & Wellness, Brooke Coudret to the blog. Brooke has worked alongside me for many years and has dedicated years to advanced injectable training. Help me welcome Brooke as she shares her expertise why injectors choose different fillers.
One of the most common questions we hear at Racquel Aesthetics is, “Why did you choose that filler?” The answer is simple: not all fillers are created equal, and the best results come from choosing the right product for the right area and the right patient.
At Racquel Aesthetics, we don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. Different fillers have unique characteristics, including firmness, flexibility, lift capacity, and longevity. For example, a product that beautifully restores cheek volume may not be the ideal choice for delicate lip enhancement. Likewise, a filler that works well under the eyes may not provide enough support for the jawline.
When selecting a filler, we consider several factors, including your facial anatomy, skin quality, age, aesthetic goals, and previous treatment history. Our goal is always to create balanced, natural-looking results that enhance your features, not change them.

At Racquel Aesthetics, we use our training, experience, and artistic eye to customize every treatment plan. Sometimes that means choosing different products for different areas, and sometimes it means recommending that filler isn’t the best option at all.
Beautiful results aren’t about using the more filler, they’re about using the right filler. That’s why expert assessment and individualized treatment plans are at the heart of everything we do.
Because when it comes to aesthetic medicine, product selection matters—but experience matters even more!
