There is nothing more near and dear to my heart than helping those in need. My heart explodes when I have the opportunity to give back. Since day one of opening Racquel Aesthetics & Wellness and RFA, it was a part of our mission, as a team of women, to give back. Every single one of our team members at RFA & RA have the biggest hearts and outpour love through their giving hearts. It truly is inspirational to be surrounded by such wonderful women everyday, that have the same morals and values. At RA & RFA we have partnered and support a nonprofit organization, Mission:318.
Mission:318 is a medical mission organization that exists to transform forgotten communities and provide hope through sustainable healthcare. They do this by combining the use of advanced technology, a strategic network of global partners, and trusted relationships in the neighborhoods we serve.
Right in the heart of St. Louis, this Mission was co-founded by 2 amazing local surgeon physicians. Drs.Jonathan & Patricia Limpert. I am privileged to know these two incredible humans and I serve on the Advisory Board. Their hearts are truly incredible with a passion to leave the world a better place, while providing healthcare locally and internationally in Ghana and Haiti. Mission:318 connects with stateside hospitals and organizations to areas that are underserved and need resources. They don’t just “move in” and do surgeries. They provide resources, train surgeons, physicians, nurses, hospital administration, and other stakeholders. They develop relationships, perform needs assessment, through delivering quality medical and surgical care, provision services, support, education and training on medical mission trips, connect with community leaders, local and national health care entities to advocate for forgotten communities. The ultimate goal is to set communities up for success, delivering their own sustainable healthcare!
RACQUEL AESTHETICS & RFA SKINCARE SUPPORT
RA & RFA has been involved with their most recent project of building a mother-baby unit at a hospital in Africa, which is doing incredible by helping reduce the mortality rate of new moms and babies. It is just amazing and fills my heart with gratitude to be able to give back to this cause.

This recent story has my eyes flooded with tears seeing this precious kiddos’ eyes light up when Dr. Jim Cassat takes the time to connect with this child through a simple interaction of blowing bubbles, prior to a surgical procedure. Bringing joy and ease to this child, despite not speaking their language. All of the medical providers associated with Mission:318 deliver incredible medical care alongside great bedside manner and spiritual care.
