Mug Cake
Ingredients:
1 scoop Pumpkin Spice Level-1
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup milk – any kind. (Optional: 1-2 Tbsp sugar free pudding mix)
Directions:
Stir all together in a mug, microwave for about 40 seconds (will still be soft). Top as desired.
Makes 1 cake
Macros: (with almond milk) 159 calories. 24 protein. 7 carbs. 4 fats.
Protein Pancakes/waffles
Ingredients:
1 scoop Pumpkin Spice Level-1
1/2 cup regular or protein pancake mix
Water to desired thickness
Directions:
Mix all together, cook in a greased pan or waffle iron. Top as desired.
Makes 4 pancakes or 1.5 Belgium waffles.
Macros: 440 calories. 32 protein. 64 carbs. 5 fats.
Protein Ice Cream
(Not as macro friendly)
Ingredients:
6 oz milk
1 scoop Pumpkin Spice Level-1
1/2 cup ice
1 piece of Pumpkin pie (if you have some on hand or left over)
Directions:
Blend and top as desired.
*For extra creamy. Add 1/2 tsp xantham gum
